Five years of Twitter
Twitter (Friday, July 15th) celebrated its fifth anniversary since the launch of the company that initially carried a Twttr.
Service took about two years to become popular, and for the first 600,000 users took about 16 months, and now more than 600,000 new users sign every day. It also points out that each day serves about 350 billion messages to users via Twitter.
Long speculated about how Twitter will make money, but after they were introduced and sponsored listings Tweet, the company has received a considerable value.
