Keep your weight under control
Keep your weight at a minimum allowed, because this will reduce the chances of getting cancer. Maintenance of optimal body weight also protects you from diabetes and heart disease.
Exercise regularly
Each day fast walk at least 30 minutes. In addition you will reduce your chances of getting cancer, will hold the line and protect the heart.
Eat healthy
Avoid foods high in fat and sugar, and very salty and calorie foods. Reduce your meat intake in the body, especially the industrial reared. Food with lots of fiber, fruits, vegetables and cereals will help your body to best protect it from disease.
Breastfeed at least six months
Research shows that mothers who breastfeed reduce the chances of developing breast cancer, and except for them, breastfeeding is beneficial for babies. One, however, are less likely to be obese.
